Why Sudden Price Change
Why did price change from $60.99 to $64.99 all of a sudden??? Not at all happy. Will purchase from another store that has the same item for $56.99.

not only was I treated poorly by the…
not only was I treated poorly by the person who brought my order to the car, no receipt, was really put out and not whatsoever helpful when I asked to see the order before I signed for it but the clincher is there is NO WAY to complain to the store manage or regional manager. If I 'could' walk in I would have Sad the big boxes and State of WA broke the small dealers

We had a pick order. University Dr. location in Broward. 3 people very unpolite and no friendly at all. Amazing products, but a very bad experiences with 3 employees. 8.30 pm.

Where's the recycling?
I have given Total Wine 5 stars only because their employees are so helpful and knowledgeable in the Natick,MA store. On the other hand, I am greatly disappointed with what I discovered today during my visit. This company DOES NOT RECYCLE! What??? Are there businesses out there that are so selfish that they do not do a simple thing like recycling to improve the future of our environment? Do their profits not allow them to do this? We should all be doing far more than that! Do we not care about the world we leave our children? Please Total Wine, think about your carbon footprint. It is our duty.

Prices are creeping up.
When I first started shopping at TW&M in October of 2022, a 24 pack of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in bottles was $25.99 with free delivery. I was happy to tip the driver more, as I was used to paying more at BevMo and having to pick it up. I usually purchase 3 cases at a time. This last order in January of 2023 was $28.99 per case with $2.99 delivery + tip. The beer is great, it is our favorite, but I'm feeling a little bait and switch happening with Total Wine & More. Within 3 months, after increased prices, delivery fee and tip, I'm paying more than I was while buying from BevMo using one of their $10 off $75 coupons that come out just about every week. I thought I had found a winner with a new business model, but it's the same product as BevMo with a different website.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. THEY SOLD ME A GIFT CARD FOR $100 THAT WAS $0 WHEN RECIPIENT TRIED TO MAKE HIS PURCHASE WITH IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT HAS DONE ZIPPO TO RECTIFY THIS! DONT BE FOOLED INTO PURCHASING GIFT CARDS FROM TOTAL WINE. YOU MAY AS WELL FLUSH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!

Total wine failed to deliver the item, because they didn’t wait long enough for me to get to the door. Then they sent an email order returned and they issued a refund, however its been over a week and I still didn’t receive any refund or the product i have ordered.

Total wine =TERRIBLE customer service
On line ordering, delivery and over all customer service is awful. I made an order for delivery today. I came home to wait for it only to discover that TW cancelled my order- without informing me. I called the local store and the corporate hqs and was given bogus excuses. Namely, TW claimed that the charge was not authorized on my CC. Bunk! There is a pending charge for $221.00 on my CC for wine that was NOT delivered. I also confirmed with the CC company that it did not reject any charges. TW customer service is awful...full of excuses instead of saying it made a mistake. My advice is buy from small, local wine stores where customer service and satisfaction is paramount. Avoid TW.

I went to the Tacoma mall location as…
I went to the Tacoma mall location as an instacart shopper and could not bottle of wine a customer ordered and the women said she could not help me find it because that's my job not hers. I spoke with the Supervisor who did help me and showed me how to look for the wine so next time I can find it on my own. The way the women reacted was completely unprofessional and I will never shop at Total wine again.

now u don't like the truth and don't want your customers to know by blocking my truthful experience? well you just motivated the wrong guy. Im going out of my way to write you a bad AND TRUTHFUL review on every site that will let me. BTW I was ready to be a regular/lifetime customer. But since no one could see the wisdom of refunding my $10.99 without further inconveniencing me, I will I will never buy from you again Nor will I have anything positive to say about you organization. Bad Management decision. Just plain stupid.

checkout people give impression you are bothering them
I normally order on line and have delivered, was in area ,virtually every time i go to the millenia store i walk out unhappy. checkout service always poor. purchased 2 tullamore dew 1.75 and 3 ellington reserve 1.75-their was a 4.00 CUPON ON TULL, ONLY GOT I CREDIT . also you had a 10 % special if you purchase 2 or more bottles asked her how do i get -just brushed me off- this is typical for tme mellenia store

I have been a customer of Total Wine in Sterling Heights Mi. since they opened in 2020 and have had a very frustrating problem for a couple weeks. My mobile app wouldn’t open so the cashier ran my purchase using my phone number. Everything looked good until I had to change my password on my app and lost all my rewards information including my 812 points. I went to the store for help and instead of helping me they gave me an 800 number to call. After three days of listening to a recording of how busy they were I returned to the store for help and manager John told me to email Total Wine instead of helping me. I’m still trying to recover my rewards points, but no one wants to help me. They really don’t care about customer satisfaction.

My experience here was horrible
My experience here was horrible! I was approached by a woman who was clearly upset about greater issues. My sisters and I was going in to purchase one item, when we were profiled and asked to leave. We didn't cause a scene. Still unsure why she asked us to leave. We were all of age and didnt cause any harm to anyone. I can only think race because we literally did nothing. I will never be back.

No attempt to deliver in Alpharetta
Alpharetta - The local delivery driver claimed the recipient was not present but in reality, the driver never showed up to make the delivery. I phoned the business and both receptionists say no one ever showed up to make a delivery at the time stated. In addition, Georgia is a state where anyone over 21 can sign to receive the wine. More likely, the driver saw he was going to have to park and walk to the business and then go to the 3rd floor. That would put a time crunch on his delivery schedule. Note that Total Wines deliveries has a terrible rating.
